With over twenty years of cooking experience, Dick has a passion for cooking. He has studied
under some of the world’s most innovative and acclaimed chefs at the Ahwahnee Hotel, Yosemite National Park, California. He recently won the Unclad 2010 Chef Competition in the "Best Taste" category.

Born into Colombia’s gentry, Solé is skilled at creating elegant dining atmospheres. Her extensive garden allows her to prepare unique flower bouquets utilizing many local species.
Dick has a Class 12 mixologist permit from the Washington State Liquor Board. Both Solé and Dick have been schooled in safe food handling techniques and have their Washington State Food and Beverage Service Worker Permits. Dick is member of the Camano Island Culinary Arts Society.
